Cancellation and Payment Policies
These policies help Sparklean reserve time for every customer, support our cleaning team, and keep billing clear and consistent.

01
24-hour cancellation policy
Please call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours’ notice, including missed appointments, may be charged a $35 cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will review exceptional circumstances individually.
02
Payment due at time of service
Payment is due when your cleaning service is completed unless Sparklean has approved a different written arrangement in advance. Prompt payment helps us keep appointments, payroll, and supplies running smoothly.
03
Electronic payment processing
When Sparklean is charged a processing fee for a credit-card, Venmo, or Cash App business payment, the actual processing cost of 3.4% plus $0.40 per transaction may be added to the customer’s total. The fee will be disclosed before payment is completed. No processing surcharge is added to cash, check, debit-card, or gift-card payments.
04
Returned-check policy
A $36 returned-check fee will be added when a check is returned unpaid by the financial institution. The original balance and returned-check fee become due immediately, and future services may require another approved form of payment.
05
Late-payment interest
Balances that remain unpaid for more than 30 days may accrue interest at 3% per month—equivalent to a 36% annual rate—or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is less. Interest is calculated on the unpaid balance until payment is received.
Questions about your appointment or balance?
Call us before your scheduled service. We are happy to explain a charge, update a payment arrangement, or help you reschedule when enough notice is provided.
